Nuhun Ankara – Linguine Spaghetti – 500 g

Nuhun Ankara Linguine Spaghetti is long pasta with slightly flat strands, packed in a 500 g bag. The blue pack says linguine, is marked Klasik and lists a cooking time of 12–14 minutes.

Cook it in plenty of salted boiling water, drain and toss with a simple tomato and garlic sauce or with butter and grated cheese. It also suits a creamy chicken sauce, or sautéed vegetables with a squeeze of lemon on top. Keep the bag closed with a clip and store it in a cool, dry cupboard.
