Aly – Baklava Phyllo – 800 g

Baklava Phyllo is a block of thin, ready-cut pastry sheets for baklava and börek, packed in an 800 g box. The pack is marked Baklavalık / Böreklik Yufka and lists 44 sheets, so it is easy to plan a tray.

For baklava, brush each sheet with melted butter, layer them with chopped nuts, cut into diamonds and bake, then pour cool syrup over the hot tray. For a savoury börek, fill the layers with crumbled white cheese and parsley. Keep the sheets covered with a damp cloth while you work, and store the pack as directed on it.
