Bertini – Olive Oil – 1 L

Bertini Olive Oil is sold in a 1 L glass bottle with a dark green cap and a green label. The label describes the contents as a blend of Spanish oil with extra virgin olive oil, and the net volume is marked 1 L in English and Arabic.

Use it for salad dressings with lemon juice and a pinch of salt, or to finish a plate of beans, lentils or grilled vegetables. It also suits the Turkish habit of cooking green beans or artichokes slowly in olive oil and serving them cool. Keep the cap closed and store the bottle in a cool, dark cupboard away from the stove.
