Gelincik – Pistachio Spread – 320 g

Gelincik Antep Fıstığı Kreması is a pistachio spread in a 320 g glass jar with a gold lid. The label shows the Turkish name and the English words Pistachio Cream, and the spread inside has a smooth, pale green colour.

Spread it on warm toast or simit, fold it into pancakes and crêpes, or spoon it over vanilla ice cream. It also works as a filling between layers of sponge cake or inside croissants. Wipe the jar rim, close the gold lid firmly and store the jar in a cool, dry cupboard.
