Şimşek – Roy Cake – 50 g

Şimşek Roys is a chocolate-coated sponge cake in a 50 g red wrapper. The picture on the pack shows a layered cake with a chocolate coating on top, wrapped on its own.

It is a small sweet to carry in a bag for the road, school or work, or to serve with a hot cup of tea. A box of these also works well for guests. Keep it away from sun and heat so the chocolate coating does not soften, and store it in a cool, dry place.
