İçim – White Feta Cheese – 500 g

This white cheese is İçim Beyaz Peynir, a full-fat fresh cheese sold in a 500 g tub. The pack is marked Tam Yağlı Taze, and the picture on the tub shows blocks of the cheese on a blue checked cloth.

Serve slices at breakfast with tomatoes, cucumber, olives and warm bread, crumble it into salads or use it as a filling for börek and pastries. Keep the tub refrigerated and check the date on the pack. After opening, keep the lid on and finish the cheese soon.
