The beans are roasted to a medium-dark level<\/strong> and ground into an ultra-fine powder<\/strong>, giving the coffee its smooth, strong, and rich flavour.
It\u2019s known for its intense aroma<\/strong>, thick foam (k\u00f6p\u00fck)<\/strong> on top, and sediment at the bottom of the cup<\/strong> \u2014 a unique signature of Turkish-style coffee.<\/p>\n

\u2699\ufe0f How to Prepare Turkish Coffee<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n

    1 heaping teaspoon (about 6\u20137g) of \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131ba\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrk Kahvesi per cup<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1 cup of cold water (about 100 ml per serving)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Sugar (optional)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A cezve<\/strong> (Turkish coffee pot)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Step-by-step preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Add water<\/strong> to the cezve (1 cup per person).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Stir the mixture gently until the coffee dissolves.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Place the cezve on low heat<\/strong> and let it slowly warm up.
        Do not stir<\/strong> after this point.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        As the coffee heats, foam will rise<\/strong>. When the foam nears the top, remove the cezve from heat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Spoon some foam<\/strong> into each cup, then return the cezve to heat for a few more seconds to refoam.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Pour the rest<\/strong> of the coffee gently into the cups \u2014 the foam should stay on top.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
