🧺 How to Use HES Liquid Laundry Detergent (For Black Clothes)

This type of detergent is typically used in two main ways: in a washing machine or for handwashing.

🧼 Machine Washing

1. Check the Garment Tag: Always look at the care label on your black clothes to confirm the correct water temperature and washing cycle (e.g., delicate, normal).

2. Measure the Detergent: Refer to the dosage instructions on the back of the HES bottle (or the cap lines) to determine the right amount for your load size and how dirty the clothes are.

• Tip: Use less for small loads or lightly soiled clothes, and more for large loads or heavily soiled items.

3. Add to the Dispenser: Pour the measured detergent directly into the detergent dispenser drawer of your washing machine. If your machine is older or doesn’t have a dispenser, you can pour it directly into the drum before adding the clothes.

4. Load the Clothes: Place your sorted black or dark clothes into the washing machine drum.

5. Run the Cycle: Select the appropriate water temperature and cycle, and start the machine.

🧤 Handwashing

1. Prepare the Water: Fill a sink or basin with cool or lukewarm water. Since this is for black clothes, avoid hot water to prevent fading.

2. Add the Detergent: Pour a small amount (usually a capful or less, depending on the volume of water) of the HES liquid detergent into the water and agitate it gently to mix and create suds.

3. Soak the Clothes: Submerge the black clothes in the soapy water. Let them soak for about 15-30 minutes.

4. Wash and Rinse: Gently rub the fabric together to clean any soiled areas. Then, drain the soapy water and rinse the clothes thoroughly with clean, cool water until all the detergent is gone.

5. Dry: Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and hang the clothes to dry according to the care label.

💡 Special Note for This Product

Since this HES product is specifically “FOR BLACK” (AND COMPLETE BLACKS), it’s formulated to help protect the dark color and prevent fading, which is great for maintaining the look of your black clothing.
