Nuhun Ankara İrmik is semolina in a 500 g red and black bag. The front says Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası and marks the pack as vacuum-packed semolina, so it comes sealed tight.

Toast it in butter until golden, then stir in hot milk and sweeten to taste for irmik helvası, a warm dessert often made at home. You can also use it in a semolina cake with syrup (revani) or to thicken a milk pudding. Keep the bag closed after opening and store it in a cool, dry cupboard.
