Hosanli – Grape Leaves – 750 g

Hosanlı Erbaa Yaprak is a jar of vine leaves in brine, listed here in a 750 g size. The plastic jar has a yellow lid and a red banner label, and the leaves are packed in folded layers.

Rinse the leaves and trim the stems, then wrap them around a filling of rice, onion, herbs and tomato paste for sarma or dolma, and simmer gently until tender. You can also wrap cheese or fish in them for baking. Keep unused leaves covered in brine, close the lid tightly and store the jar in the fridge after opening.
