Bizim Mutfak – Vanilla Sugar – 5 × 5 g

Bizim Mutfak Vanilla Sugar, marked Şekerli Vanilin, is a pack of five small sachets of 5 g each. The green and yellow pack says 5’li Paket, meaning pack of five, and carries the Ülker mark.

Stir one sachet into cake batter, biscuit dough or rice pudding to give a warm vanilla scent, or add it to milk puddings and whipped cream. Tear one open when you need it and fold the rest of the pack closed. Keep the sachets in a cool, dry place away from strong smells.
