Sahin – Turkish Sausage (Sucuk)

Şahin Sucuk is a Turkish sausage sold as a ring in a sealed tray with clear film and the Şahin eagle logo. Sucuk is the sausage you slice for breakfast and cook until the edges crisp.

Slice it and fry it in a dry pan without extra oil, then crack eggs over the top for sucuklu yumurta, or tuck the slices into a toasted sandwich or onto a pizza. A ring is enough to share for a family breakfast. Keep it refrigerated and follow the storage instructions printed on the pack.
