Aytaç – Turkish Sausage (Sucuk)

Aytaç Sucuk is a Turkish sausage in an oval tray pack with a yellow label. The label reads Dana Sucuk, which means beef sucuk, and the front shows slices of the sausage.

Cook the slices in a hot pan until the edges turn crisp, then add them to an omelette, a breakfast plate or a warm bread roll. Chopped small, sucuk also adds flavour to a pot of beans or lentils. Keep the pack in the fridge and check the storage instructions and date printed on it.
