Nuhun Ankara – Fusilli (Burgu) – 500 g

Nuhun Ankara Fusilli, called Burgu on the pack, is spiral pasta in a 500 g blue bag. The label says Klasik and gives a cooking time of 7–9 minutes.

The spirals hold sauce well, so they suit a tomato and minced meat sauce, a baked pasta with cheese, or a cold pasta salad with olives, cucumber and sweetcorn for lunch boxes. Boil in salted water, drain, and rinse under cold water if you are making a salad. Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry place.
