Nuhun Ankara – Penne – 500 g

Nuhun Ankara Penne is tube-shaped pasta with angled ends, packed in a 500 g bag. The blue pack is marked Klasik and states a cooking time of 8–10 minutes.

Boil it in salted water and toss with an arrabbiata-style tomato and chilli sauce, or bake it with minced meat, tomato sauce and grated cheese until golden. The hollow tubes also work in a cold pasta salad with tuna, sweetcorn and herbs, and they hold a thick sauce well. Store the bag closed in a cool, dry cupboard.
