Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi – Turkish Coffee – 100 g

This is the 100 g foil bag of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Turkish Coffee, with the Türk Kahvesi name and the 1871 mark printed in brown on a copper-coloured pack. It is a smaller size for trying the coffee or for a household that brews it now and then.

Brew it in a cezve over low heat: add cold water and a heaped teaspoon of coffee per cup, wait for the foam to rise, then pour into small cups. Enjoy it with a piece of Turkish delight or a square of chocolate. After opening, roll the bag down, clip it shut and keep it in a cool, dry place. For the larger tin, see the 250 g listing.
